The calculators run in your browser. The measurements you type are not sent to us or stored.
We don’t sell your personal data, and we don’t ask for sensitive data.
Service providers
- Hosting: Namecheap, Inc. (United States) hosts the website and its server logs.
- Google: Google Analytics and Google AdSense (when enabled) and Google’s consent management platform. Google acts as an independent controller for some advertising purposes. See How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
- Email: messages you send are stored in our email provider’s mailbox.
International transfers
Some providers process data in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
Advertising
When advertising is enabled, Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked for consent first. You can manage personalization at Google My Ad Center and change your consent with the Privacy choices link in the footer. More detail is in the cookie policy.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to processing, receive a copy (portability), and withdraw consent at any time. Email contact@yardandbeam.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or your local authority.
US residents: depending on your state, you may have rights to know, delete, correct and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal data for targeted advertising. Use the Privacy choices link or email us. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.
Children
The site is meant for adults planning home projects. We don’t knowingly collect data from children under 16.
